Job Description:
  • Resolution of L1 tickets based on in-depth technical and domain knowledge
  • Integration testing with various payment interfaces and entities such as Visa, RuPay, etc
  • Testing of new product features
  • Well-versed with ATM Switches transactions flow and ISO8583 message structure
  • ATM interface DDC and NDC Protocol
  • ISO8583 messages
  • Card Management
  • PIN generation, HSM, EMV
  • Domain knowledge of financial payments technology, reconciliation, and databases
  • The implementation process, Post Implementation Support
  • A quick analysis of various day-to-day issues, Hands on EFT switch, and related applications
  • In depth Knowledge of NDC/DDC/ISO 8583 message formats
  • In depth working knowledge on TAL, TACL, Escribe, EMS, AUDIT, FUP and other Tandem utilities
  • Transaction testing using ATM/POS devices
  • Rupay, VISA and Mastercard testing and certification knowledge
  • Prior experience working on EFT Switch
  • Patch/Release testing, SIT, and UAT.
  • 4 to 8 years of experience in a similar role.
